As part of our property management service, Ayers & Cruiks are able to collect tenancy related payments, such as rent, service charge and insurance contributions from tenants which we hold in our Clients’ bank accounts, managed in line with the rules set out by our regulator, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Our Client’s accounts also benefit from the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme to give our landlords and tenants peace of mind that their money is safe.
